Our registered representative business partners, TPAs and bank trust departments are themselves business owners and executives. They operate their businesses in the communities they serve. This entrepreneurial setting fosters an environment where the customer is truly the boss - not a number in the book of a large, impersonal organization. What follows is a dedication and closeness with the customer that forms the basis of a long term, mutually beneficial relationship between client and advisor, TPA and plan sponsor. We believe that this is a cornerstone of any successful investment or retirement program.
Expertise
The desire to serve and exceed expectations is, by itself, not enough. It must be combined with the ability to do so. This requirement is solved by placing state-of -the-art products and services into the hands of the most capable professionals. Here again, our business model has provided the answer. The economics and operating independence we offer have attracted some of the very best in the investment, recordkeeping, and trust business. Individually, our registered representative business partners average over 15 years experience in the business, and their companies` on average each manage over ten times the assets of our national competitors` representative affiliates. Their clientele ranges from local business owners, professionals, and executives to financial institutions and some of America`s wealthiest families. And, our registered representative business partners have at their disposal the finest products, services and support functions that the industry has to offer. For the TPA and trust company business partners, we have found that the average plan or account size is approximately $1.5 million. But because these partners are able to take advantage of true straight through processing, the number of cases they handle has increased significantly. It is the single goal of the Mid Atlantic Network to provide these partners with the necessary tools to seamlessly manage the day to day responsibility of plan and trust accounts so as to be able to grow their business.
